CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:


PRIVATE LESSIONS focus on your primary goals and your body’s specific needs and abilities. After all everyone’s body is unique. In a private, your teacher may use a variety of Pilates apparatus including reformer, cadillac, chair, barrels, etc., to give you the most appropriate exercises for restoring optimal health.

SEMI PRIVATE LESSIONS are an ideal way for friends to work out together who are of similar physical ability. It offers more personal attention than a group class.

MAT CLASSES are less expensive since they are not equipment dependent but they are not easy! Our traditional Pilates mat class will challenge, strengthen and invigorate your entire body. Our focus is on form, precision, breath and flow. Mat work increases strength, flexibility and stamina. Teachers present exercises at multiple levels. (Limited to 6 participants.)

In REFORMER CLASSES students work through a sequence of appropriately leveled Reformer exercises in unison. Working against spring resistance on the reformer will improve your overall alignment, muscle tone, strength, flexibility and stamina. Your teacher insures your safe and proper form advancing you as your body is ready. (Limited to 5 participants.)

JUMP CLASS adds cardio to your reformer class. Students jump against light and heavy spring resistance intermixed with reformer exercises. Raise your heart rate and work your core! Pilates reformer experience is recommended. (Limited to 5 participants.)
